Exploration concessions in Mexico are allowed to be mined.



That is not true. Under Mexican law, an exploration concession cannot be mined (thus the term "exploration"). An application to convert an exploration concession into a mining concession (thus the term "mining") must be filed with SEMARNAT under NOM-120. This application must also include proof of economically minable ore (feasibility study) and all the required environmental studies and closure and reclamation plans which need to be approved by several Mexican government agencies in order to obtain the required government environmental and land use permits. This process is not easy, cheap or quick. It takes years and millions of dollars to complete the required studies, none of which CRGP has done.

There are no mines - they are fake.
