Willy, the holdings spread sets up the BoD and the management (same thing) to do whatever they want, that is where all the decisions are made, no reason to listen to shareholders, none of whom have major
influence (votes). Note the advisory action on the million dollar
raise. As a result, the company is top heavy with executives who
pay themselves absurd amounts given the remarkably and enduring financial results of the company. That comes out of our pockets
(revenues are a joke cannot cover it)so dilution basically flows from our pockets to theirs, and they put in next to nothing.....well, they
get options too(we don't). The ways out are a Carl Icahn kind of appearance (he would certainly not be interested, other than perhaps as a Crucible foil for Apple), a buyout (the BoD would over negotiate their parachutes so it would probably be hostile), enormous near term revenue (no hard evidence of this), more dilution and certainly a reverse split......which would almost certainly attract a professional short to drive the price right back down. Of course the Apple worshipers will claim none of this will be permitted to happen, they will just buy the company. Hope so, nobody else seems interested.....who knows, might even pay a dime.
