No, you won't. The TSX actually has standards, none of which this company meets. First of all, they will not accept a company subject to regulatory action by a foreign regulator. The FINRA halt definitely qualifies. They also would require meeting the management and directors, which do not actually exist for CRGP. And finally, all of the Canadian Exchanges require audited financial statements, which CRGP does not have and cannot provide, and a registration statement, which they will never have.

It amuses me that whenever a scam US OTC stock gets into trouble there is a chorus of "we will list in Canada!" from the stockholders and/or management. None of which ever materializes.
