year-to-date (Europe 20) compared with industry increases of 13.9% and
9.0%, respectively

-- Ford total vehicle market share increased 0.4 percentage points to 7.9%
in Nov, and by 0.1 percentage point to 8.1% year-to-date (Europe 20)

-- Across all 50 Ford European markets, Ford market share up 0.7 percentage
points to 7.6% in Nov, and up 0.5 percentage points to 7.7% year-to-date

-- Ford was No.1 commercial vehicle brand in November and year-to-date

-- 78% of Ford car sales in November in higher value retail and fleet
