I actually agree with you on some points , however your SPIN is a bit off.
The stock is up approx 50% , however lower than anybody but new entrants at the multi year low could have bought in at. Only toxic financiers and "those in the know" could have taken advantage of this fraction of a fraction of a penny increase.
I couldn't as I was not about to wash sale out of my tax loss, very glad about that.
Shareholders dumping would have mainly been at a loss, as the last high was lower then previous lows in most of the history of this co.
The inability of this co to actually execute and finish a product it the reason the stock price so low not the "whining"
The selling of stock in greater quantities and at lower prices is the other reason no one wants to take a chance.
Other fuel companies are also doing the same, I agree, most likely the time for fuel cells has not arrived.
The battery business ? that remains to be seen, as they have not demonstrated the ability to move into any business, they are like college kids playing research their whole lives. At some point you have to monetize it.
