I would put it at 30% to 40% chance of rights being overturned although that is just a hunch and I have nothing to support it. If you dont think Sao Tome would love to have ERHC rights eliminated then I would beg to differ. Sao Tome would love to have the lost signature bonus monies from both the JDZ and the STP EEZ. Voiding ERHC's contracts would accomplish just that. Even Dr. Dakuoro made comments a few months ago about the possibility of this very topic. He basically stated that Sao Tome could do whatever they want with ERHC after awards were concluded. So there was no need to hold up awards. I can find the exact quote on the blog. He definitely was distancing himself from ERHC.
