BIEL has always suffered from a demand problem. Over the years, BIEL has announced many distribution deals....yet they never had sufficient enough demand for their products. BIEL needs to sell stock because there is not enough revenue generated through sales.

BIEL has never really had a problem getting their products to the market....their problems is convincing people to buy.
