No its not true, anyone who has been here for a while bought in at a much higher price even counting averaging down, in case you didn't notice this stock is at its all time low.
This last run if you can call it that ( i call it manipulation ), was a few day run from a low of approx .0019 ish so unless one bought only at that price, their average stock price was higher, it only went up an actual fraction of a penny, whoop de do !
That just speaks to how low in the crapperola this stock is when a fraction of a penny is a high percentage point.
Greed is not the key work here, SURVIVAL and LOSS MINIMIZATION are key words here.
