Apparently you guys still dont understand that there is probably plenty of research etc. still ongoing. I mean if any of you would have bothered to look at the project for fuel cells as well as the standards they are trying to come up with you would know that they have been and are still under RnD. There are multiple companies who deal with fuel cells who are partaking in these tests and phases. As well as companies interested i.e. auto manufacturers.

Going off of the latest release in research they still have many more tests and research to do. What it seems like is going on is they have various stages and different projects to test out different phases of fuel cells that involves safety issues, cost, efficiency, robustness, quality control, etc... And I am stating these in the most simplest way. i.e. one project they may have is to test to see just what standards should be used for seals and how thick or thin they should be, what material are they made of and what should they be made of and how will whatever scientific material I have no idea exists will affect the seal this and that way. And thats just for one part. O and if something changes to one other part the testing seems like it has to start over.

And the many projects cover a wide range of areas from the actual products to infrastructure to management and monitoring its pretty deep.

Every fuel cell company that is partaking in the projects goes under the testing. As well any companies interested have a hand in as well.

And these are just for standards. They grade out each project not naming any companies or product names they even mention they wish some companies would give them more info for testing but are aware that some info may be under NDA and or proprietary and cant have certain info tested by them which makes the process even longer.

But one part that got me was while reading the report in one of the projects grading sections they talked about a fuel cell tech operating under certain circumstance that from what I saw got the highest score towards standards for what it was being tested for. And from what I remember only one company has a fuel cell product that can operate under such environments to be able to succeed with a high score.. "Granted even the score was not really that high just the highest I saw"" .

I have stated before these companies making deals with NEAH have to do their own testing NEAH may be done with theirs dont mean these companies dont have their ow vigorous testing. NOw it seems these fuel cell companies have another phase of testing to undergo. That I didnt even consider. Assuming if the company really wants to go viral with fuel cells and I mean in a sense of FC becoming a major player not just some late night As seen on TV quick buy and forgotten about product, which most likely wont really need standards besides having to abide bu the mos basic safety laws. I mean I am sure there are many other fuel cell companies out there who are only in it to fuel your cell phone but it dont think NEAH is just i it for that same for some other few FC companies.

I am also sure i misread plenty of stuff as im no engineer for whatever is being done but it looks like things still have some time to go before any fuel cell company whichever wins out rely takes off really big. And I mean in a way that the fuel is every where like having another pump at most gas stations that say fuel cell.
