Alright, the CEO bought shares with shareholder money, fine. How do you expect him to make payments to lenders when his balance sheet is constantly negative? You think Millions in debt is just going to disappear? He still has to pay the note holders back, and if he doesn't they still have conversion rights. You might be able to flip this for a while, but eventually, the hangover will be worse than the party when everyone wakes up to the fact that he just isn't making enough money to pay his debts.
