It is a good fight at $35. In my opinion, the flurry of sells at $35 is/was meant to drive the price down by saturating FACT with enough shares. However, at this point, FACT seems to be armed with limitless resources and has stayed the point at $35. One can see the time of the bid (stuck at 12:46) for quite some time now. Before that, FACT was stuck at the time of 9:25 for more than three hours until the price went down to its $35 bid.
(Sorry -- just as I wrote this, FACT moved down to $34.75, thence to $34.95, abandoning the point at $35).

Will the shorts (or naked shorting) quit? They may get burned if KOP still has in excess of $160 million to buy shares with, in addition to the rest of the long purchases by the public and institutions.
