Please check the FDA web site and look at the detail of devices approved in November

the Received date (the official clock start date) is well after all the other dates regarding preparation of materials (by the FDA so after the mail arrived)

in FDA Speak the Received date is not the same as when the USPS delivered the envelope .

I have posted the detail many times if yo don't want to believe the FDA themselves then who will you believe?
