A penny? BIEL will be a penny after the reverse split. BIEL's float is bigger than Apple and Facebook combined. BIEL's massively diluted stock float is not sustainable.

Folks, its time to forget the FDA dream. This is not going to happen...BIEL has the notification from the FDA explaining why approval was not granted. The FDA is obligated to and must provide written reasons for the lack of approval at 100 days. BIEL has the information....BIEL knows why approval was not granted.

Remember BIEL has another 2 billion shares to dump....they are not going to admit to FDA rejection at this time.
