The pink sheet SHO list will not indicate any shorts before July 3, 2006.

I had a long conversation with a brokerage firm and pinksheets which confirm that a pink stock short records will not be available prior to July 3, 2006. They also confirmed that brokeragehouses will only report shorts after 7/3 and that DTC records are incomplete and shoddy.

Pinkys that have been heavily naked shorted like Ctkh will not be exposed by the new regulation. Also, the only way for naked short recourse for investors is class action lawsuit requiring firms to expose their records at this time.
