Now they have three channels to market (at least) some general product awareness stuff needs to happen. Showcase may even pay for branding as well.
In the past they have had slots on morning TV which would be great along with Facebook and other media. You nee to get initial awareness otherwise word of mouth can be very slow.
I know the try and tell internet campaign has been running pointing to actipatch.ca but now you can show them on the shelves in Showcase and other pharmacies plus the Costco web site adds incredible support for the product that has to be reinforced.
At least emailing all the trial users!
