I agree with you but for $150k per month retainer you would expect Ondra to manage client expectations around confidentiality and so for the buck spent the professional services have to be 100% beyond reproach. It just makes a sham of Ondra's business model. It lists her role with macrocure on her linkedin page as well as on the Ondra page and as a board member of Macrocure you have to assume she was aware of the litigation with Cognate....if she has a hole in her ass she should have spoken up very early on. I have no doubt she informed the board of Macrocure and it was discussed. Ondra should suspend her pending an investigation and the return of all confidential material.

Wolf gets hold of highly confidential information by not disclosing a conflict of interest. The management of NWBO should be rightly very angry.
