Why is that? Generally because the price of silver fluctuates. A mine may be profitable at one price and a money loser at another.

In this case, the Dadi property barely squeaks out cash flow (in fact, it may be a money loser, but it's close) at the current silver price, and it's certainly not worth anywhere near FDA's fantasy projections.
