The initial popularity of VitaCig after the CNBC interview caught Paul and mCig management by surprise. The plan was to use VitaCig for medical and nutraceutical products while mCig would be targeted at the recreational and medical MJ sector. The thought was that many doctors, companies and retailers would not want to deal with a company that was pushing federally illegal products. VitaCig would give them a 100% legal channel for marketing.

Regarding my last conversation with Paul, it was shortly after he had replaced Maury as VitaCig CEO. He indicated that they were entertaining several JV offers but that he wasn't in any hurry to finalize anything. He wanted to take his time to get the best deal possible.
