10-Q won't tell the story.

The story is, the company has been in a quiet period pending
the out come of high level negotiations for a jv deal.

Company operations have been put on hold.

UNTIL NOW!!!!!!

So, the 10-Q, won't tell the whole story.
And no one is expecting any real revenues.

The opportunity exists in getting in on beaten down prices,
before the company announces a decision on the company's future.

Either they have locked a jv deal, or Paul decides to invest
everything they have to build up the company and stock to
be able to sell off equity.

And they ain't selling under .10, so we have plenty of
room to run here.
Either way, it's a win, win!
