Uh, no.

The stock was moving northbound even before
rumors of a buyout came forward.

Why?

Because the stock was extremely oversold.
As well as undervalued.

I know a dozen stocks, off top of my head,
with less revenues, higher o/s, dilution machines, trading higher than .01 -.02

VitaCig has no toxic debt, or dilution.
A world famous product and brand.

It's clean, no pump or dump.

The company has had one one P.R. in a year.

The company has been on hold since
high level negotiations earlier this year.

So, I could care less about the 10-Q.

I just want to know if they sealed a J.V.
deal, or relaunching the company.

Either way, at these levels, I am accumulating
all I can.
