Also, I can't square the change in outstanding shares between the time of the loan announcement and the late 10Q, which was only about a million shares, which wouldn't be enough if they had to sell shares at ~$0.16 to raise $500k. So I'm probably wrong. But maybe they're in the process of selling them. It will be interesting to see what number appears in the 14A this week. It will also be interesting to see if they stick with 5, 10 and 20.
