Sadly that's the way it is.
Us little people support these companies when no big $ on wall street would touch them .
Then they do these R/S's reducing our shares in order to get listed on the big board.
Say a R/S for 1/50 . Now your 10000 shares becomes 200. PPS goes to $5 and now your shares are worth a lousy $1000 bucks !
Then the big boys on wall street take notice and jump in buying tons of shares and PPS jumps to $10.
Now your measly shares are worth $2000
Now you think it might go higher..(MIGHT) ..how many shares can you afford to buy at $10 that it MIGHT go higher.
Such crap.
Then the company who just got listed on the big board decides
it needs to increase the shares due to the new interest(big boys on wall street). This what happens !
What a load of crap.
There should be a law that if any company that did a R/S in order to get listed and then increased the shares, these new shares SHOULD BE RETURN TO THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO SUPPORTED THE STOCK WHEN IT WAS A PENNY FIRST, BEFORE ANYONE ELSE IS ABLE TO BUY THEM !
There should be another law for penny stock shareholders..who owned a penny stock say under .25 cents for over a year or something (insert your own rule) ....that their shares shouldn't be subject to any R/S in order to get listed on the big boards.
This is why I trade my hundreds of thousands of shares with these penny stocks ,before any R/S is done.
I can bank more money this way !
SCREW THEM !
It's one big scam to screw the little gal or guy!
PS: You would have to have millions of shares before R/S for it to work for you. Even this is expensive. 10 million shares X ( lowest price) .05 = $500,000.00
Who would invest that kind of money not knowing if the penny stock would get listed or not. NOT MANY OR NONE.
Even 1 million shares at .05 will cost you $50,000 . Who is going drop that kind of cash on a penny stock ..NOT MANY !
Take your profits now and buy back on the dips and repeat. This stock price is so predictable with it's lows and highs.
Then revisit after it' gets relisted if you want, but be prepared to pay .
