few points to consider in that article

- the sample data of 14 is too small to make any statistically meaningful analysis (an senior equity strategist should know)

- none of the stocks portrayed has a split ratio higher than 1:20. The mean average of the listed stocks is 7.5. GBSN is trying to force a RS of 1:50 to 1:60.

- How many of those stocks that did RS and that did rise thereafter also announced to raise the AS fivefold concurrently?

GBSN's proposals, if passed, will hurt common shareholders severely.
