Perhaps ... but after that so-called "investment" takes place, a whopping 61% of his company will be owned by ONE creditor.

You can't 'spin' that as a 'positive outcome' for the 'future.

Look up into the sky above you. Those fuzzy-little-flying-things that you can barely see ... are RAPTORS ... circling a prospective 'kill'.

Of course, your merry assessment of this moment in time could perhaps be right, and mine so wrong.

PERHAPS ... because it's only MY humble opinion.
