Q&A from shareholders

1. What kind of profit range are these schools capable of generating?...and what would be the approximate amount of revenue?

2. Where does this leave the other Hrct companies while Hrct focuses on these schools?...(HuaQing and Control Tech)...Is Hrct still going to pursue Jump Tech. and GW Digital?..If so, would Hrct be looking to continue the system already in place with some of these universities where the Tech school provides student workers to the school owned company, the same way Jump and Xian Jiao Tong University did?..

3. Could you outline the physical structure of 'schools' that
HRCT is looking at ie. are these similar to the Univ. of Phoenix campuses, DeVry, Corinthian, EDMC, etc. ?

4. What "model" school/campus system etc. in the USA would most mirror the HRCT vision ?

5. Why haven't 5 of the divested subsidaries from David Chens acquisition spree returned their 10's of millions of shares for cancellation? The agreements were all reversed, right?

6. Does the delayed revised 2003 audit/filing have anything to do with these shares not being registered for the ex-affiliates to sell them?

7. Obviously the SEC must be satisfied with Hartcourts attempt to obtain the needed info to revise the 2003 filing. (No delisting to the pink sheets yet) Have you taken or plan on taking legal action to force disclosure of the information needed?

8. Should the two year plan be as successful as you imagine it could be, where would Hrct expect to be regarding revenue and percentage of profits?..Is there still a plan to move up to another exchange if all goes well?.

9. Any plans to update the Hrct web site?

10. Does Hrct plan to acquire these schools with the additional shares voted at the last meeting, or by some other means?..

11. What`s the reason Carrie Hartwick left HRCT? Did she quit the job?
