...heads up on LTNC today too: PR today annoncing CC Monday AH 4 pm.....about significant events of late and a deal with convertible note holders: as some may know the CEO and COO via several Form 4's have now bought over 2 billion Common Shares on the market the last week or so.

Yes, the OS is very high around 7 billion......but why would over a quarter of a million be spent of their own money if something big was not going on?
