I looked at filings and tried to figure out where the money was actually being used.

I dont care if they dilute to the end of time and borrow to the hilt. As long as the money makes sense to the company.

VAPE has borrowed a lot of money AND sold a lot of shares but I cant see where the money is used from the financials.

You can look at each quarters financials. There is no significant capital investment in the company for all this borrowing and dilution. It is weird.

Where is the money going? I cant figure it out the trail stops at the reports which are confusing to say the least. One thing is clear though. There is no significant capital investment into the company to offset the borrowing/dilution. As I say, it is weird. Its like the money disappears. VAPE seems to vaporize cash.
