I think we may be seeing the BoD pushing the CEO aside. Solms has not executed or delivered on anything except cutting heads. That's easy. He didn't deliver customers or revenue and I think the BoD may have finally said "enough." The BoD may finally realize it is their responsibility too and are doing the required legal steps to keep the company alive. Solms may be given one last chance to deliver on promises he made to the board.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
