Few people have 20% to put down. I know they are out there but they are not in the majority. Going to be a lot of pissed off people come Dec 2017. Do you know how much money a person would need to make and put down 20% on a $643,000 house with a debt ratio not to exceed 43%? Who didn't go to math class?

Let's see 20%..that's about 128 k down with a balance left of $515,000
The debt to income ratio can be 43% so.....
Only need a job that pays 222k to qualify.
