If this award helps build trust with customers, I'm all for it. If it helps build credibility with investors I'm all for it too.

Finafriend suggested it means nothing and that since there was no finalist mentioned it meant Viscount was the only one to 'pay' to play, but I wonder how many competitors qualify for the award Viscount got. On this site Viscount is the only govt approved company under the category "PACS and Validation Infrastructure ":
