What part of this statement do you think is my opinion?

"Council rejected the report in its entirety and expressed
strong displeasure at the insinuations of impropriety
leveled against Nigeria and Nigerian Government
officials in the report. Nigeria will through the
appropriate channels send a detailed
representation/response on the report."

Let's face it... you have an opinion that the ERHE may have the contracts reversed, but the people that are running the show state otherwise.... which in not an opinion, but fact. And it ain't my opinion it is the Councils!
