Hopefully I don't get in trouble posting the arbitration on this board prior to the PR was out on November 25.

John Blaisure, CEO of Max Sound states, "The Company received an Emergency Arbitration Award upholding its rights under the ODT Patent Portfolio and is additionally perfecting its standing issue in Superior Court."

As u can see Max Sound Corp has been tight lip for a while with Vendanti, VSL b4 the recent PR.

They should of perfected the standing issue in the US prior to taking on Alphabet Inc ( Google )in the US courts, but who would have thought Vendanti, VSL got greedy n went to the big giant.

P.S. I am still waiting on baby step revenue news.
