The convertibles have a LONG way to go yet! 100's of millions remain! Could be 700M+ shares!

The only question is how much of a hurry are they in to dump them?

Here are my calculations based on the latest info from the company:

Balance of derivative liabilities as of May 31, 2015 - $356,009 (from latest filing)

"The convertible debentures are convertible at ratios varying between 50 and 55% of the closing price at the date of conversion through, at its most favorable terms for the holders, the average of the three lowest closing bids for a period of 5 days prior to conversion."

At the higher of the two (55%), with a share price of .0009:

.0009 * .55 = .000495/share.

$356,009/.000495 = 719,210,101 shares!

719M more shares were needed to cover the convertible debentures a/o May 31st!

A long way to go here...
