While your concerns on the selling of shares cheap is legit it may also be friends and family getting the sweet deals if Koos now knows how things are shaping up. It's something I think all of us would do.

It would seem to me that the hiring of these elite people is a sign of resume building with the intent of approaching big pharma. While they may also offer input on IND's it sure looks like Lander is getting the company credentials ready to impress. Don't forget that was one of the goals of his hiring. The other being up listing.Note also the Cornell connections.

Also great to see a PR company on board, it's something I've wrote about in the past.
