I would wait to see what part 2 says before declaring victory, they are running out of A/S to sell after all.

Everybody was wondering what the next "look over here" strategy would be after Shorai..you may be seeing the first portion of that.

After all they didn't say they had it in the bag, they said it was possible they will get it in Q4...ooh I have never heard them give a milestone date and not make it.

If its legit and price rises, then better for us SH, if it doesn't well that's just more of the same.
