I emailed the Company June 28th

How can the State Of Nevada web Site be wrong? It is documented information from the Company.

I asked these Questions, I suggest every one here do the same or at least call.
I called again this morning.

Can you tell me what your current share structure is to include the
Authorized Shares
Outstanding Shares
Restricted Shares held by Management
The Float as of today
Also do you plan any S-8 shares in the near future.
Who do you use for finacing and do you plan on releasing and Financial Reports on the Companies progress.
I like the ideas your Company is putting forth and it seems management really has their act togeather.
