A little poetic license...

I have spoken to each of the named directors in my post and many others in the last five years (and earlier).

All of the secrecy, the SAGA segment and financial shortfall in dealing with AAPL, the dead wood, the failures of not counting the costs, the lack of disavowing the relationship with John Kang, the maintenance of dead wood, the Visser contract without vetting, etc. are all true history of the Steipp administration...

Look at all of the good people who left after Steipp came onboard (including the months of his consultancy at LQMT after leaving Symmetricon).

You just can't sweep all of these events under the rug.

The only supporters of Steipp are the Chairman and all of the Steipp appointees )friends from his past employ) who are on the board. You talk to any of the old directors who actually had merit and you will find they do not support Steipp.
