None of it can be trusted - that he emailed, got a response, and his interpretation of the response.

Maybe a private email exchange occurred, and if so, it was only "delivered" to approx 500 likely investors maybe as intended.

IF a private email exchange occurred between the CEO of Wave Systems and a lone investor, is it insider information?
