Seriously damage Wave? Wave Systems can't pay their bills, they have few employees left and they are in imminent danger of being moved to the pink sheets due to multiple non-compliance issues. I think they are already seriously damaged and it is by their own hand. This has now been verified in that the CEO has indicated a desire to communicate with the shareholders before the reverse split vote. Let's see if it happens and if so, what information comes out of it. At least then investors can make an intelligent choice on the vote.
Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
