BIEL's products are available for purchase in many countries around the world. Yet, BIEL cannot generate sufficient revenue to avoid stock dilution.....which means BIEL is not generating enough sales to cover basic expenses.

The products are available worldwide! Demand is weak....if a company cannot generate enough sales to meet expenses, after 13 years in operation...something is seriously wrong.
