Excellent point and I also didn't think of that connection. Think about this , LP is no dummy, she knows that her Enron stint has always been used against her by her enemies, by choosing Freeh she not only stops that attack but the present attack too. BrillIant move on her part I am sure. She and NW met and discussed all and she gave him the name of Freeh, he investigated and immediately accepted her choice and then made the press release with her absolute approval. I can see no other way dude to the Freeh-LP association.
