The company clwims to have enough cash to fund a portion if not all of the two P2 open label trials. As for the warrants, they are not going anywhere for 5 years i believe, please correct me if I am wrong. Why exersise them if only to further dilute the MC. I doubt he would be selling them on the open market so he has plenty of time before exersising them. Now if the company needed immediate funding for another trial to start well then he could help remedy that situation when and if it ever comes up.
He would only be hurting his current value by exersising them IMO.
Let things play out for now. Plenty milestones and catalyst to help the sp to rise.
Most of those who continue mentioning these warrants would love to see the price head south in order to reestablish a position.
I think there is a very good chance as news trickles in that others who were fortunwte to have a shot at these warrants will have their MM buddies run the stock back up to a dollar plus.
thats how the warrant game works, run the price up and dump out. We got a whiff of this in May and June.
lets see if its dejavu all over again.
