My concern is this in a nutshell:
remember when someone here int he past said LP could let NWBO go under and still be fine with Cognate. Well now we have a pissing march, NWBO @ $4 with a shareholder activist trying to protect his investment telling LP how to run HER company. And not he other side you have LP who has maintained iron fist control surrounded her family and friends and taking orders from no one. I don't think she ever thought for minute NW would be an activist and how could she turn his money away either way.
Houston we have a problem. If she does nothing she wins and if she does something she wins, but which is she going to pick considering her personality?
