That's why I have been saying news of FDA application regarding fast track ect will be in a SEC filing which they are already preparing and will choose to file when market is in full swing Monday or Tuesday. The Ms Caperiak. announcement the other day was timed to pre-stage. this announcement. Of course we will have fast track that is almost assured. Announcement was to emphasize that " we have the regulatory affairs officer that can do this and has done this before."
