..im not in this stock, but KBIO's CEO with his own money, just spent over a million dollars and bought over half the float, sending the stock from $2 to $50. Its a public company and the Form 4s were filed, like here w LTNC - within 48 hours so completely legal. Ethical though? idk, i need to read more and figure out why he would take out a loan, then use seemingly that money to buy these shares.

For me, if more Fom 4's are posted in days to come, with even more money then what the loan was, so say anoteher several hundred grand, from more of his personal money.....a KBIO-like move could happen??
