RTTR Understanding Institutional Ownership. Most stock ownership is held by institutions. These entities may be pension funds, insurance companies, mutual funds, hedge funds or investment banks. it seems there is a lil confusion here relating RTTR's
ownership. In order to verify the amount of shares held per institutional shareholder, you should be reviewing the 13F - HR report from this shareholder, filed on SEC.gov. The institutional investment managers with assets of at least $100 million have to report their individual holdings within 45 days after the last quarter to the SEC on form 13F.

So i went thru SEC site-last reporting ownership is dated July 2015.no change in Ownership since the $20m IPO($5) Took place.

Then i Went to NASDAQ site.no change in Ownership last 3 months and total 10 "buys" vs 0 "sells" past 12 months.

Then i went to yahoo site and found something very interesting:
Under "Ownership"--->"Insider Transactions" : Insider Purchases - Last 6 Months:
Purchases 854,000 trans. 3
Sales 0.

Then i went to "Major Holders" and found something really amazing:
% of Shares Held by All Insider and 5% Owners: 31%
% of Shares Held by Institutional & Mutual Fund Owners: 26%
The meaning is that Insider + Institutional & Mutual Fund holding together 57% of O/S!!
And % of Float Held by Institutional & Mutual Fund Owners: 37%
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/mh?s=RTTR+Major+Holders

Finally i went to morningstar website and found this:
Currently Total Owner Institutions :13, +8.33 % Chg from Prev Qtr.
Currently Total Owner Funds: 5, Chg from Prev Qtr. +66.67

My conclusion is. it's not enough to check only Mutual Fund ownership changes, you need to check also insiders and Institutions changes.I'm totally agree that the institutions who bought in looks strong including Bakers bros.

so why SEC transactions don't match other transactions reported on other sites,It seems that "The institutional investment managers with assets of at least $100 million" didn't change their ownership while smaller institutional did some changes relating their ownership.
