Can someone with more knowledge of what is happening in Germany that I have, please explain to me what happens if:

a) MAXD is successful on the 8th December in gaining an injunction against Google
b) the court subsequently makes an award to MAXD of EUR XXX million
c) Google turns round and states that they will not pay over any funds to an entity that has no authority to represent the patents?

What I am trying to resolve in my own mind is that MAXD could be successful on the 8th, however actually monetising any awards could be nigh impossible?
