I agree that was a signal to longs that there will be news regarding initiation of Phase2/3 very soon. Ms Caperniak was is not a new hire she was onboard already they upgraded her title so they could publicly display her credentials.
This is analogous to comparing taking a position with a reserve battalion as opposed to a battalion of Airborne Rangers. With the first one would assume it is a flanking action, with the second opposing Generals would be PFDS that the Rangers are taking the position for a full on frontal assault and fully.intend to push though to the objective.
AVXL said she has been there done that and will do it again. This is a smart way to pre-empt short attack saying this former printing company can not make this happen.
