Why did someone ever say pyct can't be shorted?
What they have been saying for 7years is where is the proof that pyct is shorted.
If you were too short pyct or any other paper there is systems in place that show that shorting has taken place.

There is also the the margin requirements $$$$$ needed.
Call your broker see what you need $$$$$ to short paper
