just like i also *called* and noted via this venue that TA had cut the 3M cert in August

my expectation based on a 10.29.15 (queue date) is that a % of that 3M cert begins to sell either on
12.1.15 or 1.4.16 .. remember re: settlement details .. P2O gets a monthly copy ..
